We are long-time residents of Oxford and love it! Kelly is the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker College Real Estate in Oxford and grew up in the Oxford area. After 31 years of policing in Oxford, Dan retired in 2013 and joined Kelly in their real estate business as a Realtor. Our roots run deep in this community and we just love it! We can recommend places to eat, things to do, and give you any information you need about the area!
We are blessed and have 4 children (Chris, Jennifer, Lindsey & Dustin), 2 daughters-in-law (Tracy and Casey), 1 son-in-law (John), and 5 grandchildren (Carson, Lily, Mia, Lincoln and Townes) and many grand "fur babies." We love spending time with our family, on our boat on Brookville Lake and occasionally, hitting the links.
We purchased the historic Welsh-Stewart House in March of 2020 just as Covid-19 hit. We are extremely excited about our venture especially since finding a place to stay in Oxford can be difficult. We are on-site so available to answer questions or take care of any last-minute details or needs. We hosted previously with another property we sold so we are familiar with what guests want and need! We are so happy to offer this beautiful home as a short-term rental and host guests.
